Todd Webster – Todd is President and Founder Talentmine – Employee and Contractor / Consultant Search Firm. At Talentmine one of the lessons we have learned is that the hiring or contracting of new personnel means change. We have developed our business model around being our clients partner in change. We do this by working with our clients to assess their organizations culture, environment, and development cycle.
We minimize the employee ramp-up time by understanding your business and the position you are trying to fill. Working with the client we help them clearly define the job description and position verbally, then in writing, so that both of us are in mutual agreement.
Talentmines mission is getting the right people in the right jobs. Turn over and training is costly and painful. We do more than just review a candidates resume we take the time to get to know them. When we send a candidate in for an interview we are recommending them as a possible fit for your organization. That means we are putting our reputation on the line. We ask and work for our clients trust, and are committed to maintaining that trust.
Our recruiters are seasoned professionals that love the search firm industry. They have all worked with National Search Firms. We have taken the professional qualities of these firms and gotten rid of their impersonal meat-grinder mentality. This creates a winning combination of expert service with personal long term commitment.
